Supabase and Mono's account backend process your email, account ID, trial dates, entitlement and extension connection records to authenticate you and manage access. The extension sends captions directly to Google Gemini using your key; the key is not sent to Mono's account server. Browser storage supports sessions and preferences. Account records differ from temporary subtitle caches. Hosting and service providers may process technical logs under their policies. Contact support for access or deletion requests; necessary records may be retained for security and applicable obligations.
