Subscriptions are generally non-refundable once access has been activated. Please review your plan carefully before paying. Refund requests are considered only in exceptional cases such as duplicate charges, accidental purchases, or billing errors. If you need help, please contact Mono Translate Pro Support.

Canceling a subscription only means it will not renew for the next billing period; Pro access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for. A refund for the current billing period will only be considered under the policy above.
